Common questions

How do I mark a bill as paid?

Type anything — a ✓, an x or the date — in that bill's cell for the month. The cell turns green and the amount counts as paid.

What about bills that are not monthly?

Enter them with their yearly amount divided by 12 to budget for them, or only tick them in the months they are due.

Is there a printable version?

Yes — download the printable PDF next to the Excel button. It has the same layout, left empty so you can fill it in by hand.
